Les deux manivelles réalisées en fibre de carbone UD sont dotées de demi-axes en acier AISI 630 : comme sur tout le groupe Ekar, l’association de matériaux permet d’obtenir des composants légers, mais dont l’efficacité et la résistance sont maximales.
La nouvelle technologie ProTech™ associe les deux demi-axes à l’intérieur du jeu de pédalier, avec une seule vis résistante. Le roulement surdimensionné en acier inoxydable se trouve sur la manivelle, fixé sur le demi-axe, pour une efficacité de roulement et une résistance optimale. De plus, elle est facilement accessible pour le contrôle et l’entretien, sans devoir démonter les cuvettes.
La conception optimisée assure une transmission efficace et une fiabilité maximale de la chaîne. Les quatre branches sont disposées de manière asymétrique pour une répartition optimale de la charge. Les branches en carbone UD sont dotées de capuchons de protection amovibles pour que les composants restent comme neufs, quels que soient les terrains que vous affrontez.

A Must Have For Car Restorations!

I have been installing this matting in my 74 Datsun 260Z restore and very pleased with the ease of application and overall quality. My car has bedliner coating inside and this stuff sticks extremely well and is easy to trim and shape as well. I have just started installing it and using the rollers to work it in place but I can already tell a difference with just the little bit I have added....has reduced the resonance in the metal already. It's not a fast process but know it will be very rewarding once complete.

Excellent Tool for Sound Deadening and More!
This Bearing Equipped Wheel Roller is a fantastic tool that's proven incredibly useful for more than just car audio.
I originally got it for installing sound deadening mat in my vehicle, and it worked perfectly. The bearing-equipped roller applies nice, even pressure, making sure the mat adheres properly without bubbles or wrinkles. It feels solid in your hand and rolls smoothly, even in tighter spots.
Beyond car audio, I've used it for applying heat abatement mat and even for smoothing out seams on vinyl projects. The PU (polyurethane) material of the roller is great because it's durable but doesn't mar the surface you're working on. It's much more effective than just using your hands or a makeshift tool. Great value, with a solid feel but not heavy.
It's a simple tool, but the quality of the build and the smooth operation make a big difference. If you're doing any kind of sound deadening, heat shielding, or even wallpaper/vinyl application, this roller is a must-have. It makes the job much easier and ensures a professional finish. Cheap and got the job done.
Just what I needed. Plenty strong to roll out waterproof taping on a utility trailer roof. It is cheap and I can’t find anything to complain about. Maybe if you want to be gorilla Joe , it might not hold up to putting your body weight into the rolling process. But what needs that much force….
